Case Study: Motorsport Wind Tunnel Uses KineticaRT

Lola Cars International's 50% scale Wind Tunnel is controlled by a bespoke software application using KineticaRT V4.

A generic, modular Wind Tunnel Control and Data Acquisition System, Wind Studio, has now been evolved and is available to the automotive and racing test industry sector.

As a result of our continued involvement with this specialist area, we supplied another Formula One racing team with KineticaRT display, logic and server components.

KineticaRT provides a range of components which may be used with Visual Basic, C# or other software development environments to create powerful but flexible HMI, control and data acquisition applications.

This enables customers to purchase a bundle of components reflecting their exact development requirements.

Many of the individual components of KineticaRT have now been developed as an effective programmers' toolkit, which is being used by software developers and programmers around the world.

The modular Wind Studio core has now been configured, extended and supplied to another Formula One racing team.
